We realise that decoration isn’t the only factor to consider when designing your ideal cake. Taste and flavour are equally important.

So let us tantalise your taste buds by allowing you to take a look at the different flavourings we have available. Your tiers can be mixed if you wish.

Rich Fruit Cake

This is the most traditional type of wedding cake. Our fruit Cake is baked more than six weeks before your wedding. The cake is then soaked in orange and brandy syrup to give it a rich flavour, a moist texture and a delicious taste. The goodness is sealed with a layer of marzipan and icing.

Madeira Sponge Cake
This is generally liked by all as it has a light and airy texture and is one of our most popular. The middle is filled with a layer of butter cream and topped of with a covering of icing.

Chocolate Cake
A chocolate cake to die for ! This is a very popular choice for many and always goes down a treat with the guests. It is a perfect choice for those of you who have a sweet tooth. This cake is moist in texture, rich in flavour and has a heavenly taste. This is also filled with a layer of butter cream and covered in icing.

Carrot Cake
This always receives great feedback because it always surprises people. It has become ever more popular over time. It is a soft sponge which has a distinctive flavour and a mouth watering taste. This has a cream cheese filling and is sealed with a layer of icing.

Other Flavours & Fillings
The flavours above are the most popular, however, there are many more to choose from. These include lemon cake, raspberry sponge, coffee and walnut, chocolate orange, toffee apple, cherry cake and Baileys Irish Cream.
